Come for the Classes. Stay for the Community.
Welcome to a preview of the Abolition Academy that will launch later this year.
Individuals will be able to instantly enroll in the 100-level courses and certificate programs that blend self-paced on-demand learning with live video sessions with national experts. The embedded lessons (e.g., 101, 102, 103) can also be taken as a mini-course with having to enroll in the certificate program. The 101 Introduction to Abolition is a prerequisite to enroll in any of the 300 level elective courses.
Organizations will register their company, church, or school in the course 200 Building Abolitionist Sanctuaries and then choose a track to specialize their learning. Organizations whose participants complete the 200-level experience are eligible to become a certified Abolitionist Sanctuary.
