Commitment and Expectations

Board members are expected to: 1) Attend quarterly meetings, 2) Lead and serve on at least one committee, 3) Make an annual financial contribution that is personally meaningful, 4) Participate in fundraising and community engagement, 5) Act as an ambassador sharing our brand and lending your network, 6) Attend a board retreat (out of pocket expense), and 7) Serve a term of [2 years/renewable]. This is generally a 6-8 hour a month commitment (with additional time allotted for our signature month, Abolition April, and the Board Retreat)
